Last month I spent hours trying to patch together 3 separate zaps (each with 8-9 steps) to automate our post-meeting summaries from Zoom. It was clunky and it wouldn't work correctly due to all the various break points.
This week, in 90 minutes Claude Code helped me build a new flow with one 2-step zap and a routine that runs on the hour. It automatically determines if it is a sales call, a client WIP call or an internal team call and sends the summary to the right client folder immediately. Probably saves 1 hour per week per account manager with this automation alone.

Even for the smallest and most tedious tasks you can just get Claude to do it. So far I've had Claude fill out a legal form, organise 600+ Canva creative assets, recreate my entire SKU structure, create an entire product catalogue for Amazon, create my brand guide, reply to all of my emails and reorganise my mess of Google Drive.
I could go on but the list is literally endless. And honestly I'm still an amateur and newbie - I've only completed up to module 7 but I just couldn't wait to get started.

I created a master portal page just for us. It's got the key internal reports, a multi-client pulse with the current results for all clients that reorders based on who's underperforming and overperforming, and a card for every client. It's gone from needing to bookmark and remember where every single thing was to one single page.
Any ad that runs in Meta automatically gets pulled out, uploaded into Cloudflare Stream and tagged to our naming conventions, so the videos are immediately playable on the dashboard. The clients love it. It costs like ten bucks a month and it's so seamless.

I'm back because I finally launched my Shopify site yesterday that I built entirely with Claude, thanks to you.
There was so much data to untangle - all the variations and all the different things, all the settings. I've been copying SKUs for years, so I had to pull everything apart.

Shopify doesn't bring in actual parcel dimensions - you enter the Australia Post parcel sizes and it picks one. That's not good enough for us, it has to all be exact. So Claude has built me a tool that populates every order with the exact dimensions, which is a game changer - otherwise it's my warehouse manager putting in every single dimension.
I did a demo with my warehouse manager and she just kept going, oh, so I won't have to do that manually, or that manually. It will be huge.

One of the things I've been trying to build for a while is a system for us to apply for grants from the councils to run our events. So many fields to fill, and finding the council with a grant that links exactly to the event you're running. I tried it before this course and it was hopeless. When I started the course and tried it with Claude Code it got a bit better. Then on the weekend I built it with Fable and it just did it.
It connects to our membership tool, works out how many members are from each council, picks up where the events are happening, searches for grants in that council and fills everything in as a draft for me to review. It's so good, and I just love it.

Over the last couple of years I've been watching a lot of videos and getting involved in a few different groups, and this one's the one I've got the most out of. Where do these quotes come from?

Which of them run agencies and which run brands?
Both. Mitch, Luke, Liam and Joris run or work in agencies; Quan, Crystal, Isabel, Deb and David run ecommerce brands; Stephanie, Mariona and Jordan work in-house. The same training and skills sit under all 3.
How far into the training were they?
It varies. Crystal's 800-product job landed in her first week, mid-setup. Quan had finished 7 of the 14 modules. Mitch's biggest month came after the full stack was running. The first real job is in Module 01.
